Centre 55 offers a vibrant array of activities designed to promote physical, mental and social wellbeing among older adults in a supportive and inclusive environment. Fitness and Movement Classes:
Stay active and energized with a variety of exercise classes, including yoga, tai chi, fitness, Qigong, strength training and more!
Arts, Crafts and Creative Workshops
Unleash your creativity and explore new artistic talents through painting, sketching, knitting and other crafts.
Educational Seminars, Special Interest and Workshops
Keep your mind sharp and engaged while writing your life stories, learning the ins and outs of photography, book club, learning to play the ukulele or joining an informative sessions on topics such as health and wellness, technology, history and more.
